Comment: My family LOVES this game; however, for us, the "wheel" is highly overrated. My son (five years old) finds that he can control the action more without the wheel. We all enjoy playing!

Comment: NOTE: Be aware that just because the wheel is included, you will still require a controller. So if you don't have enough Wii Remote Controller, be sure to buy one to go with this game. Since I'm a Wii Newbie, I didn't realize this until we got the game all set up and ready to go!
I doubt that this game has much redeeming educational quality but it is just a blast for my kids and my husband. It is even fun to watch. They can play this for hours. They have much more fun playing against each other but it is also fun if you are by yourself.
I love the fact that this type of game brings the family together to laugh and spend time hanging out much like the board games of yesteryear.
I highly recommend this product!

Comment: I originaly purchased this game for myself. It wasn't long before my five year old started to play this game with me. She absolutely loves this game and has been playing it for the last three months on a consistent basis. As her skills develop she unlocks more vehicles and additional tracks. Really keeps her interest. Great purchase!

Comment: This is great for our whole family to play together... you need 4 controllers for 4 to play, but worth the purchase. It's hard to watch your corner of the TV, but anytime the whole family can connect this way I'm happy. The competition is not as intense as other games & it's just fun to race. My two boys enjoy playing solo & its fun to just sit & watch someone else play. It's just as easy to play with or without the wheel, if you're on a tight budget, don't bother. But my 6yr old swears by it! Purchasing the wii & starting off with Mario Kart was such a great idea for our family... I was looking at the back of my kids (& hubby) heads while they engaged in TV, video games or the computer. Now we all laugh & play together!
